If she's on mental health lockdown, she'll be out in 6 months 😢. Thats the longest she can be held. If she goes to prison for life she can be out in 10 years 😮. If she's gets pushed in a wood chipper... case closed. 😊

What scares me is who makes the decision after she gets convicted of being insane to say she's actually sane again. One year is not enough for the loss of her little children who never asked for this to happen.

I heard once, years ago, that some states had a law that stated if you were convicted of a crime, but ruled criminally insane at the time, you were sent to a mental institution until you were deemed competent then you were sent to real prison to finish you sentence.

No. If its not guilty she could be "ruled" no risk in 6 months by some empathetic bluehaired quack and be back on the street, free as me and you.
