ANC blames IEC website glitches for missing deadline: Terry Tselane weighs in

The African National Congress is reportedly considering approaching the Electoral Court to lodge a complaint over technical glitches on the IEC website that prevented the party from submitting its lists of some candidates in the Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal and Free State.
