Totally agree with Mr. Shanmugam. It may be an exaggeration for me to say this, but, similar to the laws implemented on scam crimes, I hope that harsh punishments could also be implemented on crimes that promote hate and social disharmony.

I believe a mixture of foreigners and Singaporeans. I still have faith in Singaporeans that when it comes to such disasters, they are willing to come forward to raise funds for the needy. The loud minority either to stir troubles and make locals go against govt or some disgruntled Singaporeans.<br><br>Yes please bring punishment to keyboard warriors, I am sick of seeing this online hooligans bullying people.
