Talking about racism, can we mention the caste system without censorship?

Good. Support. That's more like it. Track their IP address. Do a house arrest and bring the full force of the law on those who are found guilty. HWZ has plenty of such racist

How about racist and intra-racist comments against Chinese eg ah tiong, etc? Insistence on Chinese to speak or use English when they could not? Also how about certain people only recruit their own and fill from their own village and mix among themselves excluding locals and other races. Things happen for reasons beyond the effects. We need level playing fields.

What is happening here echoes the same actions taken against a similar situation unfolding in the UK where people are arrested for their comments online which has sparked controversy, and caused the movement to be suppressed to instead spiral out of control.

I agree that the ill-sentiments have to be dealt with to prevent them from spreading, but forcing them underground in a heavy-handed way might just worsen the situation and backfire - it could even deepen the conviction of hardliners or increase their publicity.

Hard ball is not always the way...

Negative comments about Nepal are very wrong but regarding AI, I am not sure. There are equally nasty comments all the time about Tiongs as well on all kinds of issues. Society has changed. PAP should reflect on why.

Googled "ABNN", though it did state that its derogatory, it has historically been used in casual conversation. So when does this term takes a turn to become derogatory? So when will the terms "Sinkies", "Pappies" or "Boomers" start to be considered derogatory as well?

Comments seem to be from somebody who doesn't like truth and real media.

This usually happens when a rich democratic secured society becomes too liberal and vocal. It's a fact all over the world.

Constructing excessive Nepal-Tibet border checkpoints and trade corridors in this deep gorge, creating opportunities for so many people to settle here for work, and allowing numerous travelers to pass back and forth during such a dangerous period are the root causes behind the heavy loss of life along this border. Furthermore, continuously operating such an immense volume of heavy-duty vehicles—which significantly contribute to the melting of glaciers and the rise in environmental temperatures—serves as proof that human lives and the environment are treated as worthless.

Good statement from minister- need of the hour as this kind of situation should not be normalised and people shouldn’t take things for granted for their insensitive comments
