The Semelo sa Motho exhibition opens at Springs Art Gallery

The Springs Art Gallery is showcasing Semelo sa Motho, a powerful solo exhibition by contemporary visual artist Karabo Phaho.

Meaning "the character, nature or inherent disposition of a human being," the title reflects Phaho's exploration of the unseen forces that shape the human psyche.

Through a layered mixed-media practice using acrylic, lino ink, pastels and kraft paper, the artist creates fragmented yet connected visual narratives.
