Explosion at Bolivia military base kills at least 10, injures dozens #WorldNow

An explosion occurred on Friday at a military base in Viacha, western Bolivia. According to local health authorities, the blast has killed at least 10 people. Police are currently clearing the site, searching for the missing, and investigating the cause of the incident.
