I find this extremely difficult to believe. If a mother waited until her husband had left the home before allegedly harming their three children, it raises serious questions about whether the act was planned or deliberate rather than simply the result of an uncontrollable mental health episode.<br><br>If someone is genuinely experiencing a severe mental health crisis and is completely out of control, it would seem reasonable to question whether the presence of her husband would necessarily have prevented the incident. The fact that she allegedly waited for him to leave could suggest that she was aware of her actions and deliberately chose that moment. <br><br>Ultimately, however, only the evidence and a proper professional assessment can determine her state of mind and whether the actions were premeditated.

If the court system cannot reach a final resolution the first time around, taxpayers should not be forced to keep footing the bill for endless trials. Repeating court sessions wastes tax money and drags out the process. The authorities and lawmakers who created these rules need to take responsibility for the costs instead of playing games with public funds. When a case fails to settle, holding someone indefinitely on the public dime makes no sense—either let them go or fix the system so it works right the first time.
