How terrible. That juror had every right to come to his conclusion as they all did. Calling an individual out in public in a shaming way and glorifying the others, wow! In a new trial this could play out as intimidation towards a new jury pool! How irresponsible.

Reddington should be reported to the Massachusetts Bar and formally investigated for his conduct. If I were the lone holdout juror, I would file the complaint myself.<br><br>In my view, publicly attacking that juror, accusing him of wasting seven weeks of everyone’s lives, and asking how he can “sleep at night” was an outrageous attempt to shame and intimidate someone for exercising his independent judgment as a juror.<br><br>That is not just inappropriate — it strikes at the integrity of the jury system. A juror is not required to surrender his conscience simply because eleven other people disagree with him.<br><br>I believe conduct like this deserves serious professional consequences, and if the Bar concludes that he violated his ethical duties, then his license to practice law should absolutely be on the table.

So he praises the other jurors as beautiful and incredible which includes the two female jurors that wore the same design pink shirts as the pro toddler killer supporters outside the courthouse but without slogans printed on them. How were those two not immediately dismissed for conflict of interest? But a person who doesn't believe any reasonable person could possibly doubt she didn't know what she was doing. Basically he and the judge were annoyed/angered at a juror that did EXACTLY what a juror is required to do in our system.
The judges on the US Supreme Court are seldom unanimous and they have the entire Constitution to use to help them. So it's no surprise that 12 inexperienced jurors cannot figure out a simple case made difficult by ideology and politics.

I have major doubts that the judge will say anything to REDDINGTON. He should have declared a mistrial after the 2nd deadlock. He had no control over his courtroom. He’s just as guilty of intimidating this juror. <br><br>I was supposed to report for jury duty next week here in Tennessee. I was very proud that I was going to do my civic duty. I was excused because I have severe hearing loss in one ear. When I called the jury coordinator to tell him about my impairment I told him that I was concerned that I would not be able to hear everything correctly. He said he completely understood and excused me. It bothered me that I wouldn’t be able to serve, but now I am so relieved.

at first I thought how could she commit such a crime and couldn't see how she could possibly found not guilty. but then I heard about the medications she was taking and my thinking changed. I was on some of those drugs she was taking, and one of them helped me but some of them made me feel so terrible inside the thoughts of ending my life to escape what those drugs did to me did cross my mind. instead I stopped taking them and prayed those terrible feeling would go away. it took a few days but each day got better. some of those drugs that get prescribed by doctors will completely change your thoughts and can cause you to think and do things you normally would never even think of doing. it's very possible the combination of drugs she was on is what drove her to do what she did. and if that is the case she was certainly out of her mind and should be found not guilty.
