Justice Madlanga: Many South Africans denied Constitutional rights

Retired Constitutional Court justice, Mbuyiseli Madlanga says too many South Africans are denied the rights enshrined in South Africa's Constitution.

Madlanga was speaking at the University of Cape Town's Law Faculty during its annual Rabinowitz Lecture.

Its theme is law, democracy, equality, and social justice.
