News you won&#39;t get on Fox - Alan Dershowitz wrote a letter in 2019 to the Pulitzer Prize Committee asking them not to consider Julie K. Brown of the Miami Herald for a Pulitzer. Brown was the reporter who was most responsible for breaking the story on Jeffrey Epstein, a friend and legal client of Dershowitz. Her &quot;Perversion of Justice&quot; series led to Epstein being charged and imprisoned and also to the trial, conviction and imprisonment of his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell. Brown was finally awarded a &quot;special citation&quot; from the Pulitzer Committee this year.

It should be noted that Jonathan Turley, a law professor who I respect infinitely more than Alan Dershowitz, said that in his opinion the defense&#39;s move was &quot;perfectly bonkers&quot;, &quot;absolutely bizarre&quot;, and and that it &quot;borders in my view, on the frivolous&quot;. I think I&#39;ll go with Mr. Turley&#39;s take. Calling this a brilliant move is just so Dershowitz. Its never about the people in the cases they try, its always just tactics to guys like Dersh; after all, remember he was the architect of getting OJ off for cutting his wife up into bits.
