It is what it is, the Jury did it's job and move on. Maybe the Prosecutor should rethink the case. If a mother of three is taking mind altering drugs that have dangerous side effects, and the doctor does not require the patient to confer to another the safe keeping of three children while the patient is taking dangerous drugs , then that is negligence. Multiple drugs of psycho reactive functions have such a long list of dangerous side effects, that their commercials spend most of the time warning people of the dangers of so many side effects, that then the Pharmaceuticals , and the Doctors should only be using these combination of drugs in an INSTITUTIONAL setting and not letting the patient care for children, while the drugs are being used. This should be a class action suit against the abuses of mind altering drugs prescribed without close supervision and protections for dangerous side effects including suicide and homicide .
