Buffalo City Metro raises law enforcement concerns

The Buffalo City Metro in the Eastern Cape says the justice system limits its ability to deal effectively with undocumented foreign nationals and their alleged drug dealing activities.

Mayor Princess Faku, says undocumented foreign nationals who break the law, are constantly released on bail and this affects the community's confidence in the Metro.

Faku was leading a multi-stakeholder raid, targeting various businesses including spaza shops in the CBD.
