Kevin is so pissed cuz all the manipulation he pulled off was all for nothing. Next trial they need to refuse a stipulation of evidence. And instead meticulously go through every bit of the evidence (that doesn’t exist because there was no investigation at all). No rushing to appease Kevin while he guilt trips the judge and prosecutors. If Lindsay deletes herself that’s solely her and nobody else. There should be no jury for Kevin to manipulate since the public and jury pull is tainted anyway. It should all be up to a judge’s decision. Kevin is an elite bull shitter and manipulator of juries. Without a jury to manipulate the truth will be revealed and it won’t be good for Lindsay. Also insanity will likely be thrown out once both parties actually start digging into Patrick and Lindsay. There were a lot of things that weren’t acknowledged properly like the fact they weren’t physical anymore and Patrick likely was having an affair. That isn’t the haha gotcha moment Lindsay fans think it is. There’s a very high likelihood they can piece together the narrative that she offed the kids starting with Dawson who was Patrick’s favorite kid because Lindsay actually resented Patrick for cheating and she toon out the kids to hurt him specifically. Also.. she did it knowing he’d be right back and fond them to traumatize him vs if she did it when he was gone for a long time ok a vacation someone else might have found them which would have traumatized him less. Now that retrial is happening there is a high probability of the commonwealth matching Kevin’s aggressiveness and pettiness.

Have you seen the short going around saying if we find her innocent due to temporary post partum/hormonal mental insanity, it opens the door for finding rapists innocent due to temporary hormonal imbalance too?
