Human rights defenders oppose blanket shutdown of foreign-owned small businesses

A coalition of human rights defenders is urging caution, calling on the government to avoid the blanket shutdown of small-scale businesses operated by foreigners and guarantee due process for those who will be affected. The Coalition of Human Rights, Constitutionalism and Refugee Protection says that while it supports lawful regulation of foreign businesses, it is opposed to arbitrary and blanket enforcement.
