This is what makes me angry. I know about Prosecutors getting away with allowing or rather pretending that the person was telling the truth on the stand, like Patrick Clancy. Suborning Perjury: If the prosecutor knew the husband was lying and intentionally allowed or encouraged him to give that false testimony anyway, then it is severe prosecutorial misconduct. Is that why the Prosecutor was leading the witness/Patrick Clancy? Plymouth is one big Kangaroo Court. But, I'm sure you know this already. I used to think that the defendant is innocent before guilt, Not with these Prosecutors. Also, Allowing so called objective experts? I can poke holes in this case against the prosecution. <br><br>Brady Violation: If the prosecutor had evidence proving the wife could not speak (like medical records) and hid that evidence from the defense, that is also major misconduct.

Likely, the jury couldn't agree on the degree of murder-1st,2nd, voluntary/involuntarily manslaughter. There's a chance some voted not guilty by reason of insanity although statistically insane is hard to win on the defense side. This was a prosecutial decision on degree. The DA shouldve settled on 2nd degree or manslaughter. Too many options on the table. <br><br>Labor Day is a federal holiday. It's not about the judge's performance.

The defense attorney has singled out a single juror. I thought deliberations were supposed to be private. Should be a mistrial on that alone. Defense attorney is trying to bend the outcome of the jury to win a case. That is not how the law should work. That is immoral and destroys the foundation of trust in the jury decision process.
