A society that fails to enforce its own laws, promotes corruption and enables murderers to walk free, you are promoting anarchy and chaos. Why are any single one of us even paying taxes at all if nothing, none of it matters. It's not funny anymore. These people need to be held accountable for their failings, criminals need held accountable and faced justice for their CRIMES it's that simple. Lawyers, judges, and jury members failing to do so should face punishment as well, it's that simple.

The medication (which she was not taking) is normally prescribed for depression. There were only small amount in her system that were below therapeutic levels. If it wasn't psychosis, and it wasn't the medication, she is, without a doubt guilty.

Mistrials are great initially for the defendant, but given that the prosecution now knows fully what the defense will do, they can address other arguments.

Feelings aside, The Dr's, one of which has over 30 years of experience, testified there was no psychosis before or after the crime. That evidence directly points to premeditation. The medications can't be blamed because almost all the concentrations in her system were low. Only a couple were at a therapeutic dose. And those were low to mid doses. Medication psychosis requires large doses or combined with alcohol. She wasn't taking crazy psyche meds. They were all very common and generic drugs for anxiety and depression.
