A pink tie? A pink mug? what is she talking about? Comment from England here. You do have vast amounts of mental illness in America. This is a straightforward case of brutal murder. Mental illness at the time? it seems there is somewhere mentally ill on the jury. Much worse, is the laughable defence offered. Well she was ill for 10-15 minutes. My God! if that is the case she could end up killing 50 people every time ' An episode" came along. The only feasible defence could be that the lawyer tries to get life in a mental hospital. which I still would not believe to be valid.. The judge sounds mentally ill as well. <br>Beyond a reasonable doubt. Why kill your children? Who knows. Anger? impatience? Not satisfied with life? It don't matter. now being aware of a fruitcake on the jury. Who may hold a grudge against the courts? The police? You'd think that judge would say. " I'll take majority, must be 10 ----2 though. What is all this constant delving into miutia? is the judge frightened to make a decision? I'll go farther. Should he even be there? Is he fit enough to be a judge?

I don’t understand this. How is the one juror not following the law? They have made their decision beyond a reasonable doubt. How can you try to make a juror change their mind when they absolutely believe in their decision. This is bullying imo

I call mistrial. This whole trial was literally based on because Patrick said. So many red flags.
