the simplest solution is to get the rich to pay for all the infrastructure that they need and use to get rich in the first place - like the roads, trains & airports that get their employees to work, the internet that allows them to carry out their business, the schools and universities that educate the workforce they require and of course the hospitals that they need to keep their workforce health and capable of being productive. Then no one would need to be taxed!
