The bail application of 2 accused fraudsters, Peter "Gagash Nonyane and his wife has been denied

The bail application of two accused fraudsters, a TMPD officer, Peter "Gagash Nonyane and his wife - an estate attorney, Charlotte Tibana, has been denied by the Polokwane magistrate's court in Limpopo. Magistrate Godfrey Netshiozwi has ruled that if the accused can be granted bail, they will interfere with the witnesses as they have already done so while in custody. "Gagash" Nonyane and Tibana, a curator of the estate accounts, are facing 43 charges of fraud, money laundering and corruption. They allegedly defrauded about six million rand from the estate accounts of six families. The matter has been postponed to 6th of November. "Gagash" and Tibana remain in custody.
