Someone is watching and heckling me with remote technology like a radio or baby monitor. They startle me lightly any time I use my hands. They threw out one shoulder and now I have kidney damage on the other side.<br><br>I had to go to the ER twice and again for urgent care.<br><br>I can&#39;t sleep on either side.<br><br>They say the are going &quot;klept my last weap&quot; as in steal my guitar playing.<br><br>Please help.<br><br>When I complain they quiet down then come back just as bad when you&#39;re not watching.
