Chinese film director Wen Muye on food, war and longing for peace

"Once Upon a Time in the Middle East" is one of China's top-grossing films this summer. It follows a Chinese restaurateur whose life is upended when war erupts around him. Ahead of its international debut this September, director Wen Muye spoke to CGTN about what inspired the film – and the message he hopes it carries beyond China.
