President Ruto defends new police uniforms

President William Ruto has defended the government’s decision to change police uniforms, dismissing critics of the changes. Speaking during the 59th pass-out parade for the Administration police Service that took place at National Police College in Embakasi, the head of state says extensive consultations involving top security organs and members of the public went into the decision.
