State opposes bail for Ayanda Dludlu

The State has submitted that it will not be in the best interest of justice for scholar transport driver, Ayanda Dludla, to be released on bail. The state says if released, Dludla's life could be in danger, as the public is still angry at what happened. He was the driver of a school transport that killed 14 children on 19 January in Vanderbijlpark this year.23-year-old Dludla, who is facing 14 counts of murder and 3 counts of attempted murder, among others, is applying for bail in Vanderbijlpark Magistrate’s Court
