Miracle rescue: Nepal soldiers pull out Nepal-Tibet flood survivor from tunnel 9 days after disaster

The Nepali army released footage on Friday (Sep 4) of soldiers rescuing a survivor from a hydropower tunnel, nine days after disaster struck the Nepal-Tibet border. Two workers were rescued.

Officials say the August 26 flash floods have trapped at least 900 people underground, due to several infrastructural projects set up along the Trishuli river.
