Minister of Co-operative Governance Velenkosini Hlabisa says Ditsobotla is recovering

A year under administration of the national government has brought the Lichtenburg based Ditsobotla Local Municipality in the North West back from the brink. Serious financial problems, however continue to threaten its recovery. This is according to Minister of Cooperative Governance Velenkosini Hlabisa who visited the municipality today. Hlabisa acknowledged progress at the municipality, but warned that its financial constraints remain a major concern.
