Report found Ramaphosa may have violated his oath of office in Phala Phala saga

The events at President Cyril Ramaphosa's Phala Phala farm have once again come under intense legal scrutiny, with the Western Cape High Court examining whether he acted in bad faith by concealing the theft of foreign currency in 2020.

The issue came into sharp focus on the second day of the President's bid to have the Section 89 Independent Panel report reviewed and set aside, with counsel for the ATM and EFF putting their arguments before the full bench as judges pressed the legal teams on key technical aspects of the case.
