Nafiz Modack court case

Accused number 12 in the Nafiz Modack case, Ashley Tabisher who is a former Anti Gang Unit member has taken to the stand in the Cape Town High Court to cross examine fellow co-accused Yannick Adonis who is accused number 10 in this matter. Modack along other 14 co-accused face over 100 charges relating to money laundering, attempted murder and murder of Anti Gang Unit detective, Charl Kinnear in 2020. He was gunned down outside his home in Bishop Lavis on the Cape Flats.
