Russian oil refinery on fire after Ukrainian drone strike

A regional state of emergency was declared in Russia's Black Sea port of Tuapse after an oil refinery caught fire following a Ukrainian drone strike. Footage showed a massive plume of black smoke rising from the refinery. Residents living near the refinery were being evacuated.

The refinery has been hit repeatedly by Ukrainian drones in recent weeks, most recently catching fire in a blaze that took four days to extinguish.
