House, cars swept away by floods as Typhoon Saudel lashes east China

Torrential rains driven by Typhoon Saudel battered east China’s Fujian and Zhejiang provinces, prompting the highest-level flood emergency response. The typhoon made its third landfall in China on Fujian's coast on Thursday (Sep 3), after earlier lashing neighbouring Zhejiang province twice.
