Section 89 report | Legal counsel says no fair judicial inquiry

The hearing of President Cyril Ramaphosa's application to review the Section 89 Independent Panel report will continue in the Western Cape High Court this morning. He wants the court to set aside the report which found strong evidence that he may have violated his oath of office regarding the theft at his Phala Phala farm.
