I’m listening today and I work at a hospital and I’ve experienced bullying and harassment by workers who are supposed to be caregivers. I overheard a conversation where they were talking about writing me up. The women openly said this but one said wait! Wait about five minutes because we have to let her check her in. So I silently prayed as the individual walked up to check the patient in. They never mentioned the patient had a pic line or port that requires specialize<br>care. I checked the patient in and then I heard the person say the patient has a port. I walked over said the individual never mentioned this. I said that I’d have inform my supervisor. <br><br>The asked me not to do anything because they drew the patient. However every day after they’ve tried to have me written up. I’m African American and they’ve been working non stop to get me written up. They claim to be Christian’s but they’re acting otherwise.
