Iran says strikes destroyed US bases

Iran's military spokesman Ebrahim Zolfaqari said the country's armed forces, backed by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, had carried out retaliatory strikes, destroying US Middle East bases and killing American commanders and soldiers. He warned that stronger attacks would follow if Washington continues its strikes. The comments came after the US military said it had completed another salvo on Iran, and Tehran accused Washington of targeting a wedding and killing several civilians.
