Punjab के alleged Cash For Transfer और corruption case में आज Punjab & Haryana High Court में अहम सुनवाई होनी है। ED ने 200-page affidavit में WhatsApp chats और अन्य evidence के आधार पर transfers, postings और government approvals में कथित अनियमितताओं के आरोप लगाए हैं। वहीं Punjab Government ने FIR के लिए clear और usable evidence की मांग की है, जबकि मामले में independent probe की मांग वाली PIL भी दाखिल है। आरोप अभी जांच और न्यायिक प्रक्रिया के अधीन हैं।
