Headache, for employers as well as for workers who work with them due to workload increase burdened on them. Be happy and have more babies.

Implementing this will ONLY benefit the young parents. <br><br>Older parents with teenage children will NEVER benefit from this. Not when they have no choice but to take on the responsibilities &amp; outstanding work of these young parents when they go on their unlimited leave causing underlying friction and tension in the work environment. No employers will also want to hire these young parents. <br><br>And don’t older parents have to spend time their older children, but young parents do? <br><br>Please reconsider this new policy my dear ministers. Unless this is new policy is made fair for EVERYONE, it will undoubtedly cause a lot of backlash, resentment &amp; a crash of productivity.
