Trump mistakes Bank of Canada for retail bank

U.S. President Donald Trump implied the Bank of Canada was a commercial bank with locations south of the border when talking to reporters Wednesday. He also brought up his past claim that Canada doesn't 'allow' U.S. banks to operate on its soil. Neither is correct.
