If we are now going to release psychopaths based on how the system mistreated them, then the jails would be 70% empty...behind every murder there is a systematic failure, a child who was not protected and grew with a poisoned heart, a person in extreme poverty that needs to survive, a woman who didn&#39;t know how else to react...does that means that no one has to pay to take a life?

There shouldn&#39;t be women on the jury, or they should at least be a minority of said jury, this hung jury is evidence of that.

There are women on the Jury, who dont care about facts, or answering questions with candor, or deliberating in good faith. They&#39;re the same type of people that, even if you showed them facts, proven, clear and obvious facts, that disagree with their opinion. It will not change their mind.
