Also, if a case in the national spotlight like this one is litigated and decided well, I think it could help to restore a level of trust in our system of justice.<br>In my opinion, litigating and deciding this case well includes no plea deal arrangements, a jury finding the killer guilty and the killer receiving a capital punishment sentence. This would be an excellent exercise in patience all around, showing and letting the facts stand, and an assurance that the majority of Americans will not stand for murder as a reasonable response to free speech, and will correctly decide a verdict, even if some of the jurors disagree with Charlie's beliefs and views.
