The independent &#39;expert&#39; will find that the ANC did not submit their candidates in time - and since the system opened in June, there was ample time to submit. The ANC just doesn&#39;t, and never has, taken deadlines seriously. I mean, your own leaders arrive at events 3 hours, 6 hours late. You have no idea how to stick to time. Not our problem - and rules are in place so that everyone has the same opportunity - and same limitations. <br><br>So any candidates that were not submitted in time, from any political party, should be left off the list. The ANC is also just once again opening up itself and the IEC for litigation. Or is that the plan? To make something out of this in order to delay the elections? Because the ANC is clearly not ready to contest...

Last week your councillors still did not know if they could apply without matric. You still don&#39;t know who your Mayoral candidates are. You clearly don&#39;t know yourself who your councillor candidates are. So it just seems that you don&#39;t have your things in order, on time. Typical.
