Thanks for reporting this. It’s sad that the discussion around this issue in Indonesia isn’t being taken seriously. This is a single case involving hundreds of victims, yet there still isn’t enough evidence or a clear explanation of what caused it. Instead, the easiest solution seems to be to simply remove the head of the kitchen.
