This year's SCO Summit in Bishkek comes as the organization marks its 25th anniversary. Leaders endorsed the Bishkek Declaration and advanced plans for the SCO Development Bank, broadening the bloc's agenda beyond security to trade, connectivity, and development finance. What do these key priorities reveal about the SCO's evolving role? And what major challenges lie ahead as it enters its next 25 years?
