The bail application of TMPD officer Peter "Gagash" Nonyane

The bail application of a Tswane Metro Police Department officer Peter "Gagash" Nonyane and his wife-an estate attorney Charlotte Tibana resumes on Wednesday at the Polokwane magistrate's court in Limpopo.

The couple faces 43 charges of money laundering, fraud, theft and corruption. Nonyane and Tibana, are accused of defrauding five estate accounts of more than four-million rand.

The accused have been in custody since their arrest in August.
