21 injured after ferry collides with oil tanker off Penang

Around 21 passengers were injured after a ferry in Malaysia collided with an oil tanker in the Penang Port area at about 8.40pm on Monday (Aug 31). The Teluk Bahang ferry was heading towards the Sultan Abdul Halim Ferry Terminal when the collision occurred.
All injured passengers were taken to hospital for treatment. The cause of the collision and the extent of the passengers’ injuries have yet to be confirmed. #malaysia #malaysianews
