Sikorski calls for #Russia sanctions as he warns of escalating hybrid #war

"We are no longer in regular peacetime, hybrid war is not just nuisance on the Internet," said Poland's FM Radosław Sikorski after arriving at the EU foreign ministers' meeting in Ireland.

Sikorski added that "we need to convince Putin that such actions are not for free," as the minister called for sanctions on Russia and its diplomats.
