Western Cape Police Commissioner Sizakhele Dyantyi lauds fallen officer Zamani Mzayiya

Western Cape Police commissioner, Sizakhele Dyantyi has lauded TRT captain, Zamani Mzayiya as a loyal policeman who dedicated his life to fight crime. A memorial service is currently underway in Cape Town for Mzayiya who was killed during a shootout between police and suspects in Knysna last week. He was part of the deployment following a spate of fatal shootings including that of former Knysna mayor, Aubrey Tsengwa. Mziyiya was also part of the team deployed to Robertson in the Western Cape during a standoff between a heavily armed suspect who opened fire on police, last month.
