US-Venezuela oil agreement: Deal could help revive Venezuela's struggling economy

People in Venezuela are questioning whether the benefits from a controversial oil deal with the United States will actually go to them. The two countries recently announced an agreement that could bring in up to 100 billion dollars in investment in the next 25 years.
