15 people confirmed dead at Rumos gold mine in West Pokot

The death toll from last evening’s Rumos gold mine tragedy in West Pokot has risen to 15, as search and rescue operations for survivors continue. The rescue operation is being hampered by poor network coverage and inaccessible roads.
