Ramaphosa expected to clarify ANC-SACP relations

ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to shed light on the relations between the ANC and the SACP at a media briefing in Johannesburg tomorrow.

This follows the ANC's Special NEC meeting held a fortnight ago.

The one-day meeting was called to discuss the SACP's decision to independently contest future elections including the forthcoming local polls.

The president and other officials will also give a report back on the party's Local Government Action Plan following the Councillor Roll Call convened in September last year.
