Rains displace communities in Nomzamo near Strand

The Western Cape is still dealing with the aftermath of last week's storms, which brought flooding, damage and displacement across several communities.

Disaster Management and relief organisations are working around the clock to reach people with food, clear debris and fix roads and other infrastructure.

In Nomzamo near Strand, water has not yet fully drained from parts of the informal settlement, leaving residents living in flooded conditions days later.
