Alleged political fixer Brown Mogotsi's bail application case continues

Alleged political fixer, Brown Mogotsi is back in the Johannesburg Magistrates court for his bail application.

He appeared in court on Monday, where the matter was postponed for the state to verify his home address in the North West.

The state has also accused him of trying to bribe the investigating officer, and insists he may evade trial if released on bail.

Mogotsi faces five charges, including defeating the ends of justice, and perjury for allegedly staging an assassination attempt on his life.
