Lindsay Clancy is accused of killing her three children in January 2023.

Lawyers for Clancy, who does not dispute carrying out the killings but has pleaded not guilty to murder charges, say she was experiencing postpartum psychosis at the time.

Prosecutors say the killings were intentional.

Now, in one of America's most closely watched trials, a jury must decide whether she was responsible.
